On Friday, March 25, 11:00am, in the Business Building Lounge, the campus community was invited to a moderated discussion with Adriana and Bill Carrig ’12, of the Little Words Project. Dr. Kevin Michels moderated the event which wassponsored by the School of the Business Center for Innovation and Ethics and co-sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Club.


AdrianaCarrig

Adriana Carrig is the Founder and CEO of Little Words Project. She graduated from TCNJ in 2012 with a degree in English Literature. After years of experiencing bullying, she wanted to do something to make a difference. Little Words Project is all about spreading kindness in the female world, one bracelet at a time. Today her company has over 100,000 direct online customers, 750 wholesale accounts and just opened its flagship retail location on Bleecker Street in Manhattan.

Bill Carrig is the Chief Operating Officer at Little Words Project. He graduated from TCNJ in 2012 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Finance and started his career at Johnson & Johnson in the Financial Leadership Development Program. He left Johnson & Johnson in 2014 and joined Blackstone where he focused his work on corporate development, sales analytics and strategic growth initiatives before joining Little Words Project in July 2021.
